This assignment is a reflection on my coaching practice, focusing on the sessions I ran as part of the AFL Community Coaching Course. It examines how I applied different coaching styles, used questioning techniques, provided feedback, and structured sessions to support learning, engagement, and skill development in players. It also includes analysis of my observed coaching behavior, such as active learning time and inquiry time, along with reflections on how these influenced athlete outcomes. The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate my understanding of effective coaching principles, including the balance between coach-centered and athlete-centered approaches.
